All items unopened with all packaging intact maybe returned within 10 days of delivery for a exchange / refund. (Unwanted items not returned in there original packaging will be subject to a 20% surcharge).Please email us at support@totaldiscountstores.com or call 0845 6520902 to notify us of your intention to return your purchase upon immediate receipt of goods.We reserve the right to ask for faulty goods to be submitted for assessment before authorising a refund / exchange. If goods are found to have a genuine fault we will happily refund the price and the postage cost (both outgoing and return postage).
