Unhappy with your item?

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your goods please email us at or call our Customer Service help-line on (0845) 652 0902 to notify us of your intention to return your purchase upon immediate receipt of goods.

Please note before calling us:

We do not offer exchanges on items of higher/lower value - this will have to be processed through a seperate order.

Unwanted items returned without the original packaging will not be accepted back to us as this brands the item un-resellable. All goods that are unopened with the original packaging intact may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date for a replacement item or full refund. 

 If an item is returned back to us with evidence of customer damage, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund. The customer will then be notified via email regarding the issue and the item will be processed to send back to the customer.

We reserve the right to ask for faulty goods to be submitted for assessment before authorising a refund or replacement. If goods are found to have a genuine fault we will happily refund the price and the postage cost (both outgoing and return).

Within your returns parcel, please ensure you have included your invoice, reason for return and whether you would like a replacement item or a refund. Please then allow up to 24 hours for one of our Customer Service representatives to get in contact with you regarding your enquiry. Our office operating hours are Monday - Friday (9am-5pm).
