Important information regarding orders

Due to the challenging circumstances of COVID-19, we previously experienced delays with both distribution and couriers.

We are currently operating as normal with orders being dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason your order is expected to be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

‘COVID Secure’ workplace

On 11th May 2020, the government outlined 'Covid Secure' guidelines to ensure workplaces can operate safely during the pandemic. The safety and well-being of our employees is paramount; and whilst we continue to monitor the ever evolving situation, we ensure our employees can work safely on site, at all times. Strictly by following:

• Social distancing
• Regular hand washing
• PPE - face coverings & N95 respirator masks
• Regular cleaning and disinfecting of work stations
• Wearing of gloves for warehouse staff
• Hand sanitise stations for staff and visitors
• Prohibited entry into premises for drivers
• Home working
• Vulnerable employees furloughed
