Important information regarding orders

Due to the challenging circumstances of COVID-19, we have experienced delays with both distribution and couriers, therefore things have been taking a little longer than usual. 

We are however operating as normal with orders being dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason your order is expected to be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this time.


‘COVID Secure’ workplace

On 11th May 2020, the government outlined 'Covid Secure' guidelines to ensure workplaces can operate safely during the pandemic. Following this, we conducted a Covid Risk Assessment that outlined the potential risks and actions we are implementing to prevent the risk of infection between all employees and visitors. The safety and well-being of our employees is paramount; and whilst wcontinue to monitor the ever evolving situation, we ensure our employees can work safely on site, at all times. 

Actions required by all staff and management:

  • Social distancing
  • Regular hand washing
  • PPE - face coverings & N95 respirator masks
  • Regular cleaning and disinfecting of work stations
  • Wearing of gloves for warehouse staff
  • Hand sanitise stations for staff and visitors
  • Prohibited entry into premises for drivers
  • Home working
  • Vulnerable employees furloughed
