Delivery & Returns


We offer free standard delivery on all orders (UK Mainland only). Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail and are estimated to arrive within 1-5 working days, however this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer during seasonal periods.

All completed orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Unfortunately, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

  • FREE = Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
  • £1.50 = Express Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class)
  • £6.95 = DPD Next Day (Weekdays)
  • FREE = DPD Next Day on Orders £60+ (Weekdays)
  • £11.95 = DPD Saturday Delivery

Please note: we have currently suspended international shipping options due to the Brexit transitional period and our withdrawal from the EU.

  • £26.95 = Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland 
  • £35.95 = Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway

International delivery takes 3-12 business days depending on the country and destination address. 



Changed your mind?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day right to withdraw on all unused items in their original state and manufacturer packaging from the date of purchase. Please contact us if you wish to return your item(s), and note this will be at the customers expense. Any goods returned opened, seal broken, damaged/tampered with or not in original unopened retail packaging will be subject to a 10-30% restocking charge in line with our partial refund guidelines.

Haven't received your item?
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office as it may be there awaiting your collection. It is recommended you take proof of ID with your name and address clearly labelled with you to your local sorting office. If this is unsuccessful, please contact us.

Received the incorrect item?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us so we can look into this further and arrange a free return. Please note this is a rare occurrence cause through errors on our automated packing system.



1) Electronics & accessories - most items on our store hold a 12-month warranty from the day of purchase for manufacturer faults only, however this varies dependent on the brand. Please contact us for further information.

2) Apple iPhone & iPads (Renewed) - all Renewed devices hold a 12-month warranty from the day of purchase for manufacturer faults only. The warranty does not cover against:   1) Loss or theft;   2) Customer and/or accidental damage, water damage, scuffed/smashed;   3) Third-party repairs and/or tampering includes issues caused by software, screen or parts replacements;   4) Passcode, activation and/or iCloud locked all personal details should be removed, wiped and reset to factory settings prior to returning.

3) Non-returnable items - the following items are not eligible for return due to health protection and/or hygiene reasons. This includes items of the following bracket due to the product being opened, used and/or worn (this list is not exhaustive):   Headphones; Earphones; Headsets; Wearable Tech; Health & Beauty; Appliances; (this policy does not apply if you deem your goods to be faulty).



1) Electronics & accessories - if you deem your goods to hold a manufacturer fault*, please contact us so you can return the item back to us free of charge. After appraisal by our in-house technicians, we will be able to offer you a refund or replacement*, however we do not offer exchanges. If goods are sent for appraisal and no fault can be found, the item will be returned to you in this instance.

2) Apple iPhones & iPads - if you believe your device has developed a manufacturer fault*, please contact us so you can return the item back to us free of charge. We recommend sending items of high value via a tracked service however this is at the customers expense. After inspection and vigorous testing by our in-house technicians we will be able to offer you a refund or replacement. If goods are sent for appraisal and no fault can be found, the item will be returned to you in this instance..

*We do not accept returns that have clear signs of misuse, this includes: customer damage, accidental damage, water damage, customer or third-party repairs or replacements. Please note, your item(s) will be returned to you in this instance.
