Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be specified and are only displayed at an estimate. We offer free UK Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery which can take approximately 1-5 working days, however this is not a guaranteed service. 

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, or you can call us on 0845 652 0902. We cannot always guarantee that your order can be cancelled due to our automated system.

If you deem your goods to have a manufacturer fault, please contact us where we will be able to assist further. Please note we do not accept items back that are customer damaged (e.g. customer/accidental damaged, water damaged, customer or third-party repaired or tampered with).​​​​​​​

You have a 30-day right to withdraw from your purchase date. However, after this time we cannot accept items back. Items need to be sent back unused, unopened and with the manufacturers seal intact.​​​​​​​

All Renewed Apple devices are covered under a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer faults only. Please note, your item is not covered for loss or theft, customer/accidental damage, water damage, third-party repairs, misuse or failure to wipe and reset the device. Read more.

Returns are processed quickly and efficiently by our team. Once we receive your item we'll let you know right away that we've processed a refund for you (if within 30 days). 

If you have sent a 'faulty' item back, we will let you know that its being sent for appraisal by our in-house technicians. Shortly after, we will offer you a replacement or refund, or send the item back to you if no fault is found. Read more.

All refunds can take 1-4 working days dependent on your bank. Please contact us if there is an issue.

All orders are packed and shipped securely and appropriately to ensure safe delivery.

We receive numerous deliveries daily, therefore we cannot determine exact dates for each product. You can contact our team if you have any special requests. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow customer visitations in person. This includes general enquiries, sales, or requesting to collect an order from our offices.
