What is the order cut-off time for same day dispatch?

All completed orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be specified and are only displayed at an estimate. We offer free standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 48). This service is not trackable and tracking information will only update once delivery has been attempted or successfully made.

Do you offer discounts?

We do! You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive 10% off your first order. Once subscribed, you will receive exclusive offers around Black Friday and National Holidays.

I'd like to cancel my order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot always guarantee that your order can be cancelled due to our automated system.

I need my order ASAP. Do you offer tracked delivery?

Yes we have several Express options at checkout, via DPD or Royal Mail at an additional charge. Read more on our delivery options.

I have an issue regarding my order, what is the best way to contact you?

What do I do if my item develops a fault?

If you deem your goods to have a manufacturer fault, please contact us so we can assist further. Please note we do not accept items back that are customer damaged (e.g. customer/accidental damaged, water damaged, customer or third-party repaired or tampered with).​​​​​​​

I want to unlock Membership Pricing. How do I do this?

Simply create an account with us to unlock exclusive reduced pricing across our site, including Veho Lifestyle Store. Already have an account? Simply start shopping and look out for the sale badge on reduced items.

I want to return an unwanted item

You have a 30-day right to withdraw from your purchase date. However, after this time we cannot accept items back. Items need to be sent back unused, unopened and with the manufacturers seal intact.​​​​​​​

Have you received my return?

Returns are processed quickly and efficiently by our team. Once we receive your item we'll let you know right away that we've processed a refund for you.

If you have sent a faulty item back, we will let you know that its being sent for appraisal by our in-house technicians. Shortly after, we will offer you a replacement or refund, or send the item back to you if no fault is found. Read more.

How long will my refund take?

All refunds can take 1-4 working days dependent on your bank. Please contact us if there is an issue.

How do you ensure that my order will arrive intact?

All orders are packed and shipped securely and appropriately to ensure safe delivery.

Do you offer international delivery for overseas customers?

Due to the ongoing effects of COVID as well as our withdrawal from the EU, we are currently not shipping internationally. Read more on our delivery options.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

We receive deliveries daily, therefore we cannot determine exact dates for each product. You can pop on Live Chat or contact our team if you have a specific query.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We operate a B2B service for small and large businesses, schools, NHS, charities and more. We deal with each enquiry on a case to case basis. Read more.

Are you open to the public?

Unfortunately, we only operate online to ensure customers can shop with us 24/7. We do not allow customer visitations at our premises. This includes general enquiries, sales, or requesting to collect or return an order from our offices.
